The SBA announced today that they have extended the deadline for filing the 12/31/2015 Annual Form 468 from March 31, 2016 to April 15, 2016.
Users were reporting technical issues with the SBICWeb system, impacting the annual Form 468 filing process. As a result, the due date for filing the 12/31/15 Annual Form 468 has been extended to April 15, 2016. It is important to note that the extension is limited to the 12/31/15 Annual Form 468 filing only.
