Nimish has more than 18 years of experience in public accounting and business advisory services. He helps ensure federal, state and local tax compliance while implementing tax efficient strategies. He has experience in U.S. taxation of inbound and outbound transactions.
With significant experience as a tax CPA in Northern VA in both individual and business taxes, Nimish works extensively with investment partnerships in the areas of compliance and formation. He also provides consulting services on investment structures and dispositions. He has particular expertise in multi-state and multi-tiered business entity structures.
Nimish has served clients in various industries including investment partnerships, government contractors, closely held businesses, transportation and storage, and hospitality.
Prior to joining MCB, Nimish spent 10 years in public accounting specializing in audit, tax and business advisory services.
