We are pleased to announce that Nimish has been promoted to the position of Principal with our firm. Since 2005, Nimish has been making his mark throughout our organization and contributing to the overall growth of our clients and our firm.
Nimish is an integral part our firm’s leadership team, serving as a member of the Information Technology Committee and as a champion helping to advance our strategic goals.
Nimish is a trusted resource serving individual and business clients for nearly two decades, providing tax consultation and compliance and advisory services to a broad range of businesses and corporate structures. He helps ensure federal, state and local tax compliance while implementing tax efficient strategies. He has experience in U.S. taxation of inbound and outbound transactions.
Nimish works extensively with investment partnerships in the areas of compliance and formation. He also provides consulting services on investment structures and dispositions. He has particular expertise in multi-state and multi-tiered business entity structures.
Prior to joining our firm, Nimish spent 10 years in public accounting specializing in audit, tax and business advisory services. Nimish received his education in his native country of India and is a Chartered Accountant, as well as a licensed CPA, in Virginia.
