L. Keating is a Principal of Matthews, Carter and Boyce, P.C. He joined the
firm in 1977 and has spent his professional career with the firm. His professional
career at Matthews, Carter and Boyce includes service to general business,
government consultants and other organizations. Although Mr. Keating services
a wide range of clientele at Matthews, Carter and Boyce, he has developed
an expertise in the not-for-profit, hospitality industry and manufacturing
arena.
Mr. Keating's audit experience includes real estate/property management organizations, government consultants, service organizations, non-profit associations, the hospitality industry, manufacturing and the broadcast/communication industry. He has provided litigation support and served as expert witness. He has extensive experience as a consultant in acquisitions and mergers.
