Our Service Team

James L. Keating, CPA
Mr. Keating is a Principal of Matthews, Carter and Boyce, P.C. Mr. Keating will be the primary engagement principal on hospitality engagements. Mr. Keating joined the firm in 1977. He has in-depth experience in the hospitality industry and property management. He constantly stays abreast of the new reporting requirements and keeps his clients informed of those changes on a regular basis.

With over 30 years of service, his experience includes audit and accounting, fund accounting, corporate, partnership and individual taxation, and business advisory services. His business advisory experience includes evaluating internal controls and procedures, advising on computer systems, improving the usefulness of management reporting, and development of business plans.

Charles R. Deppe, CPA
Charles Deppe is a Senior Manager at Matthews, Carter and Boyce, P.C. He has been with the firm since 1997. Prior to joining MC&B, Charles gained more than 16 years of experience in construction, non-profit, corporate, public, and governmental accounting. Mr. Deppe has extensive experience auditing all types of companies including hotels, construction companies, and government contractors, not for profit organizations, start-ups, retail, and manufacturing.

Patrick Lanigan
Patrick Lanigan is a supervisor of the firm. Patrick holds a bachelors degree in accounting from James Madison University. Patrick joined the firm in 1998.
