James "Jim" Keating has been a Principal of Matthews, Carter & Boyce since 1985. He joined MCB in 1977, and has spent his entire professional career with the firm.

Jim has an in depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting and auditing principles and tax laws and regulations. His industry niches include not-for-profits, hospitality organizations, closely held businesses and manufacturing companies.

Jim provides audit and assurance services, tax planning and compliance, and business advisory services to his diverse client base.

He has provided litigation support and served as an expert witness in various litigation cases. He has extensive experience as a consultant in acquisitions and mergers.
